A wide range of local gastronomic products is grown on the De Lovie-farm: old potato varieties, pumpkins, parsnips, crosnes, Jerusalem artichokes and of course the famous hop shoots. These products are harvested manually and cleaned with the utmost care and packaged under the quality labels "Fine Fleur" and "Flandria". Washing, cutting and packaging of the vegetables is done in the farm workshop.
