Abeele Aerodrome Military Cemetery

The Abeele Aerodrome Military Cemetery is named after the nearby airport "Abeele Airfield", but has nothing to do with it. The "Abeele Aerodrome" cemetery was first used by French troops during the German Spring Offensive, in April 1918. Today, the cemetery contains 104 identified dead from the United Kingdom. The cemetery is freely accessible from sunrise to sunset.
